Riviere Rouge RV Park Rules & Regulations

All Guest And Visitors accept the visitation and camping guidelines set forth by Riviere Rouge RV Park.

All guest and their visitors assume all risks associated with entering this park, including but not limited to, person, your animals, and your vehicles. 

Riviere Rouge RV Park, its owners and management shall not be liable for any injury, including death, to any person caused by any use of the park or arising from any accident or fire or casualty thereon, or from any cause whatsoever. Guest and their visitors further agree that Riviere Rouge RV Park, its owners and management shall not be responsible and/or liable for any damage to or loss of personal possessions, vehicles, jewelry, personal effects, currency, equipment, property, or to any occupants or visitors of any ages while at our park, including, but not limited to loss due to fire, theft, utility failure, improper connections, or failure to unhook water during freezing conditions or any acts of nature. Guest and their visitors agree to Riviere Rouge RV Park, its owners and management harmless from all claims, demands, liabilities and expenses (including attorney's fees, court and other cost) associated with the above. 

CHECK-IN TIME IS 1:00 PM and CHECK-OUT TIME IS 12:00 PM 

Early check-in and late check-out must be approved by the Office. All reservations are to be paid in full when booking online or at check-in when reservations are made in a different manner. Long term stays (30 days or more) must pay a minimum of 30 days in advance or maintain a credit balance each and every month. Long term stays may occupy a particular site for a maximum of 180 days. Minimum waiting period for re-occupation of a site is 24 hours. 

              Refunds for cancellations will be issued if 24 hours advance notice is given prior to the arrival date. Failure to give at least 24 hours' notice will result in a $25 cancellation fee. NO refunds will be issued for late arrivals or early departures. 

          

             All guest and visitors beyond 4 per site will be charged $10 per head per day. Two (2) vehicles are allowed per camping site. All others shall be parked in the designated area. 

              QUIET TIME shall be from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. All guest should be courteous to other guest. Unreasonably loud or disturbing noise within the park is prohibited at all times.

 

               Children under the age of 13 may not be left unattended. Parents are responsible for the whereabouts, conduct and safety of their children at all times. Persons under 18 years of age are not permitted to stay overnight unless supervised by a responsible adult.

 

               PETS are welcome but must be on  a leash at all times and may not be left unattended. We reserve the right to exclude the pets if we deem the pet to be a problem. Excessive barking or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated. Owners are financially and legally responsible for any damage done by their pets. Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and disposing of all waste. 

 

             Power Connections- We strongly recommend that you use an electrical surge protector to protect your RV from power surges. The Riviere Rouge RV Park, its owners and management shall not be responsible and/or liable for any damages to electrical systems or appliances due to power surge.

    Please keep your camping area clean and free of trash. Bag all trash and place it in the dumpster provided. Do not leave trash bags out over night

   Fires will be restricted to Fire Pits or grills in campsite areas and should be attended at all times. NO fires will be allowed during any government ordered burn bans.

         Only electric golf carts use is allowed with registration at the office. Golf cart drivers must have a valid driver's license. No ATV or ORV use is allowed in the campground. 

     No camping units, boats, utility trailers, or other equipment will be left unattended longer than 48 hours without notifying park Management. No vehicle repair or oil change on site. Washing of vehicles not permitted on site. 

   The use of illegal drugs will not be tolerated in the park. Consumption of alcoholic beverages is allowed only at campsite by adults of legal drinking age according to the state law. Open drunk-ness is never permitted. 

    While visiting our park, you are responsible for abiding by all rules and regulations. Violations of these rules and regulations that result in damage or destruction to the Riviere Rouge RV Park property threaten the safety of other guest will result in the termination of your stay. Additionally, Management reserves the right to evict anyone from the premises for any reason. Refunds will not be issued to those evicted. Any person remaining where forbidden will be considered trespassing and reported to law enforcement. 

    Management reserves the right to modify any of the rules at any time with the fairness and best interest of all guest. Management's decisions in all disputes are deemed final.
